Burt Hill uses GPRS to scan concrete to locate embedded conduits prior to core drilling

Burt Hill always uses GPRS to scan the concrete slab to locate embedded conduits prior to core drilling.  GPRS has been able to respond quickly to their needs at Uniontown Hospital in Uniontown, PA.  Our experience using GPR and Radio Detection allowed us to differentiate between rebar and conduits at this site.  We were able to precisely locate conduits along with their depth in the concrete and determine whether or not they were live at the time of the scanning.  Their locations and depths were painted ontot the concrete surface so that drilling could proceed immediately after the scanning.
